Abstract: Patterns are found in the effect the content of a ferromagnetic filler has on features of the microstructure of Ni core-shell NiTe₂ inclusions, changes in the Seebeck coefficient, and concentration of electrons in samples of the Bi₂Te₃ (matrix) + xNi (filler) composites with x = 0.00; 0.50; 0.85; 1.25 and 1.50 wt %
