Ceramic piezoelectric transformer in vacuum for acceleration of electrons and production of X-rays

Abstract

Here, the experimental research on acceleration of electrons and production of X-rays with use of ceramic piezoelectric transformer installed in vacuum is described and possibilities for application of ceramics piezoelectric transformers for production of accelerating voltage in small-size accelerators are discussed
