Abstract: The paper presents the research, aimed at improving the efficiency of automated software system for geo-ecological monitoring of agro-industrial sector resources. An algorithm of clusters partition in a self-organizing map was developed, in order to detect resource-intensive inquiries to databases of agricultural resources and objects. The algorithm can be recommended for practical application in an automated software system for geo-ecological monitoring of agricultural resources and objects
