Abstract: Describes an approach to the study of complex dynamic systems, based on the methods of the theory of logarithmic differential forms, deformation theory and integrable connections associated with deformations. Briefly discuss a new method of calculating the topological index of the complex vector fields on hypersurfaces with arbitrary singularities
