A model of the pharmaceutical information environment (PhInE) has been formed, including global, modeling, and internal spheres. Its participants, target groups, relationships between them, and factors affecting pharmaceutical information have been identified. A methodological approach to rapid analysis of the region's PhInE potential has been developed and tested. Factors of the modeling and internal sphere were studied; SWOT analysis of factors affecting PhInE performed; a program for optimizing the region's PhInE was formedru
