International trends in the justice digitalization development

Abstract

The authors substantiate the feasibility of introducing digital technology into the modern system of administration of justice. It is noted that the introduction of digital technologies will reduce the time for disposal of legal proceedings, create an independent, but at the same time transparent judicial system, improve the quality of decisions taken by the court and the level of public confidence in the state, and minimize government spending in this area
