| dc.description.abstract | The main objective of this study was to show that the work of civil servants is not trivial, as is often thought, but that they are employees like everyone else, with their rights and obligations, and who also suffer from cuts in salaries, as well as all the other misfortunes that can befall other workers with different professions, as well.
