Title: Synthesis and pharmacological activity of various organic and inorganic salts of phenyl derivatives of imidazobenzimidazole
Authors: Zhukovskaya, O. N.; Eliseeva, N. V.; Vassiliev, P. M.; Pridvorov, G. V.; Grechko, O. Yu.
Abstract: The creation of new opioid analgesics that are devoid of the main undesirable effects - euphoria, respiratory depression, tolerance - is an important task for the treatment of pain syndrome. Eighteen salts of 9-pyrrolidinoethyl-(1a), 9-piperidinoethyl-(1b), and 9-morpholinoethyl-2-(4- fluorophenyl)benzo[d]imidazo[1,2-a]imidazole (1c) were synthesized and tested for kappa agonist and analgesic activity

Study of the neuroprotective properties of the heteroreceptor EPOR/CD131 agonist of peptide structure in tau-proteinopathy modeling

Title: Study of the neuroprotective properties of the heteroreceptor EPOR/CD131 agonist of peptide structure in tau-proteinopathy modeling
Authors: Stepenko, Yu. V.; Shmigerova, V. S.; Kostina, D. A.; Shcheblykina, O. V.; Zhernakova, N. I.; Solin, A. V.; Koroleva, N. V.; Markovskaya, V. A.; Dudnikova, O. V.; Bolgov, A. A.
Abstract: Tau proteinopathy is a pathology associated with the activation of post-translational modifications and interactions of pathophysiological cascades of neuroinflammation with hyperphosphorylation of Tau aggregates. Therefore, preference is given to agents that have properties in reducing or slowing down the processes of neuroinflammation and post-translational modifications in the brain

Authors: Pribylov, S. A.; Leonidova, K. O.; Pribylov, V. S.; Gavrilyuk, E. V.; Pribylova, N. N.
Abstract: The aim of the study was to analyze the dynamics of vascular stiffness, pulmonary hypertension (PH), diastolic heart dysfunction and endothelial dysfunction indices in patients with different variants of ischemic heart disease combined with chronic kidney disease (CKD) stage 1-3 using complex therapy of combined hypotensive drug Amlodipine/ Indapamide/Perindopril three months after coronary stenting and to compare them with the group of patients on conservative therapy only
