Abstract: The dynamic theory of coherent X-ray radiation by divergent beam of relativistic electrons crossing a single-crystal plate has been developed in Bragg scattering geometry. Numerical calculations of parametric X-ray and diffracted transition radiation angular densities has been made using their averaging by two-dimensional Gauss distribution as the angular distribution of electrons in the beam. It has been shown that the influence of divergence of the high-energy electron beam on DTR is much stronger than on PXR</summary>

The process of radiation and propagation of X-ray waves in an artificial periodic structure have been considered based on two-wave approximation of dynamic diffraction theory in Laue scattering geometry</summary>

Abstract: The shift of Energy levels of a quantum dot in single electron transistor model is investigated. The self-energy function which related to shift of Energy levels, describing this interaction is added to a bare energy of a dot state. In the standard way of determining the self-interaction corrections to bare energies of quantum dots, the variations of the self-energy functions with energy are ignored, and these corrections are considered to be equal to the values of the self-energy functions for bare energies of states</summary>
